Compassionate and trauma informed doesn’t mean “soft.” Sometimes the traditional marketing or “bro marketing” strategies teach us to talk to our clients like another sale…rather than as a human being. In this call, we’ll go over your copy–whether it be launch posts, landing page copy, or open cart emails–and ensure we’re using compassionate, trauma-informed language (simply put: we’re removing any hint of using shame or manipulation!).
